sea view friendly family
the room had amazing sea views. the location provides easy access to the ocean. the room was nicely decorated and it included a big bath. a very friendly family runs the hotel.
the outside looks awful because a major refurbishment is happening.

double seaview old furniture
i will say the sea view met my expectations. it was acceptable.
Honestly, i didn't get the room i booked. it was supposed to be a beautiful double seaview, but i got a regular double seaview instead. big disappointment. I probably overpaid for that. the room wasn't properly cleaned and had old furniture everywhere.

chipped woodwork unmaintained garden
the location allowed easy access to the beach.
our room needed some tlc. The chipped woodwork was hard to ignore. also, the garden was not at all well-kept.

charming stay
sea views thoughtful touch friendly welcome
the location is excellent with views overlooking the sea. The room provided binoculars, a thoughtful touch. the breakfast was really good and the owner gave me a friendly welcome and nice conversation. i admire his ambition as he improves the hotel.
i noticed that a memory foam mattress in the room retained some heat during the warmer night.

The room had a fantastic sea view. It was super clean and warm.. a shower and bath were available. The decor added character, with a rococo style that provided a fun, unique touch.

the staff was really friendly, the owner was helpful. he worked to ensure my stay was pleasant and comfortable. early check-in was accommodated, which i really appreciated.

the hotel provided parking on the premises at no extra cost. Breakfast was included with my room.. this was a great bonus, especially considering the excellent food. i could use the games room to relax.
